Pass Guarantee Program

Our apps aren't meant to replace all of your other study materials, but we want you to feel confident relying on them. With effective, engaging tools and this guarantee behind them, you can focus on studying without worrying about what happens if test day doesn't go your way.

Eligibility

To qualify for an extension, you must meet all of the following:

• You had an active Premium subscription for OAR Prep.
• You used the app for at least 14 days before your test date.
• Your official OAR score was below the minimum required by the officer program you applied to.
• You submit your request within 14 days of receiving your score.

How to claim

1. Email contact@znosnie.com with the subject “Pass Guaranteed”.
2. Include the name of the app (OAR Prep), the email or account tied to your App Store purchase, the date you purchased your subscription, a copy of your official OAR score report showing the date and score, and the minimum score your program requires.
3. We'll verify your eligibility and usage, then extend your Premium access, usually within a few business days.

Good to know

• The Pass Guarantee is an access extension, not a refund. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own policies.
• Extensions apply only to OAR Prep and cannot be transferred to another person or another app.
• Each request needs its own official score report for a separate attempt. The ASTB-E allows three attempts in a lifetime.
• We may decline requests that don't meet the eligibility criteria or show signs of abuse.
• We may update this policy from time to time. Changes don't affect requests already submitted.
